In most circumstances*, we stand by our promise of all orders received before 2:00 PM (EST) ship the same day it was placed. We know receiving your order in a timely matter is extremely important to get working on your next creation and we are here to help you.

NO additional charges for same day shipping as it is part of the BCS promise on each and every order.

*In rare circumstances where same day shipping is not available, your order will ship out the following day. (weather delays, etc.)

All orders ship from our Cleveland, OH warehouse. Shipment times vary based on your location and what shipping method you choose. Examples of approximate shipping times are as follows:

FCS (Free Shipping over $49):
5-8 days

Fast Flat Rate ($2.99 on orders over $49):
1-4 days

USPS First Class Package:
2-8 days

USPS Priority Mail:
1-5 days

UPS Ground:
1-4 days

UPS Air:
1 day (Next Day)

No, we don't, and here is why. We don't feel our crafters (you) shouldn't need to pay extra to insure the products you purchased arrive in the condition you expect.

Imagine if you ordered a pizza and they asked if you wanted to pay extra to insure it didn't arrive at your door smashed? You would look at them as if they are crazy. Same here.

If for any reason, your items arrive in less than perfect condition, please take a few photos upon receiving the and email sales@bulkcraftsupply.com so we can get a replacement out to you at no cost.

At this current time, we offer shipping to the 50 United States and American territories. If you are a crafter outside of the USA, please feel free to send us an email at sales@bulkcraftsupply.com for a custom, international shipping quote and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.

All of our tracking information comes directly and automatically from the shipping provider used. (USPS, UPS, etc.) If your tracking information says "delivered" and you do not see your package, look around where your packages are normally delivered to see if they left it in an area that might be a bit more secure and out of sight. (back porch, etc.) Check and see if a neighbor may have grabbed or signed for your package. If you still don't see it, feel free to give us a call at 440-735-8050 or email sales@bulkcraftsupply.com and we will be happy to track it down for you.

Yes, please be sure to choose a USPS shipping option as UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. First Class Package or Priority Mail will both be delivered to PO boxes.

**Please note, USPS shipping does take a few additional days above UPS and the tracking updates are not quite as fast as UPS options.

All of our glitter is designed, mixed, and packaged right here at our facility in Cleveland, OH.  Have an idea for a custom mix you would like to see?  Let us know and we very well may create it for you.  

Yes they do and that is perfectly normal. All of our stainless steel blank tumblers come pre-sanded. This speeds up your crafting process and allows you to get right to the fun part and not have to worry about the prep work.

Seeing our tumblers are designed for custom crafting projects, sanding the surface of the tumbler gives a rough surface for paint and other coatings to stick better to the surface.

Thought you needed something, but changed your mind? Order too much and want to send some back? We totally understand and accept returns of all unopened and unused products in their original condition within a 30 day window of purchase date. Return shipping is responsibility of the crafter (you).

Please include a note stating your product is being returned and reference your order number. We will evaluate all returned items and their condition and issue a refund within a few days upon receiving them.

Oops! Even though we double check each and every order before it goes out the door, all Bulk Craft Supply orders are packed by humans and mistakes can happen. Please email sales@bulkcraftsupply.com and will be be happy to get it sorted out for you at no cost to you.

Seeing we offer same-day shipping on most of our orders, there is a good chance your order is already being picked, packed and shipped within an hour of it being placed. If you would like to make a change to your order, please email our team at sales@bulkcraftsupply.com ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate any changes you would like to make if you order hasn't left our warehouse yet.
